Cable Coffee Cozy / Sleeve Crochet Pattern 🚠☕️

General Abreviations:
-Ls: left side
-Rs: right side
-Ct: center
-; ; : complete stitches between ; & ; in same stitch
-# stitches: e.g. 2 sc make a sc into the next two stitches
-Mc: magic circle
-Sl st: slip stitch
-Sc: single crochrt
-Tr: triple crouchet
-Dc: double crochet
-Hdc: half double crochet
-Flo: front loop only

-Blo: back loop only
-Inc: make two stitches into stitch (increases number of stitches by 1)
-#stitches: e.g. 3sc make 3 single crochets into same stitch
-Dec: sc by hooking into flo of the next two stitches stitches (decreases number of stitches by 1)

-Sk st: skip stitch
-Yo: yarn over

Special stitch:

Cable stitch: Sk sts 1-3, tr in 3rd st, tr in 4th st, tr in 2nd st, tr in 1st st

Materials:
– worsted weight acrylic yarn
– 4.5, 3.5 & 2 mm hook (or 3 hooks 1 size apart)

Pattern:

Middle section:
4.5mm hook

Round 1: chain 41 stitches (or a multiple of 4 plus 1, if need more when you measure the line against your coffee cup), connect with a sl st (be sure not to twist)
2: tr (40)
3-8: cable stitch

Top (continue from middle):
Switch to 3.5mm hook and continue
9: sc (40)
10: sc blo (40)
11: sc (40)
12: sc (40)
13: sc blo (40)
-Fasten off, cut thread, weave in ends

Bottom:
Switch to 3.5mm hook, turn work upside down and attach wool
1: sc (40)
2: sc blo (40)
3: sc (40)
4: sc (40)

Switch to 2mm hook
5: sc blo (40)
-Fasten off, cut thread, weave in ends
